Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of the services provided through 99creative.co by GT Media Ltd, trading as 99 Creative ("99 Creative", "we", "us"). By purchasing, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. Our full company details are at the end of this page. Contact: info@99creative.co.

1. The service

99 Creative provides done-for-you social media content services for your business: creating branded content, submitting it for your approval, and scheduling and publishing it to your connected social accounts. The volume, format, platforms, and any inclusions or exclusions of your service are those described on our website and order page at the time you purchase, or as otherwise agreed with you in writing. Services not described in your plan — such as community management or replying to comments and messages — are not included unless separately agreed.

2. Onboarding and your responsibilities

To deliver the service you agree to: complete the onboarding form accurately; provide your logo and brand materials; and connect your Facebook Page and Instagram through Meta's official integration and keep that connection active. You confirm you own or have the right to use all materials you provide (including your logo and brand assets) and you grant us a licence to use them to create and publish your content.

3. Samples, approvals, and publishing

Sample posts are provided first. You may request revisions in plain terms and we will revise free of charge until the style is right, within reason. Ongoing posts are submitted for your approval before publishing. Where you do not respond to submitted posts within the approval window — e.g. 5 working days (subject to change), the posts are treated as approved and may be scheduled as presented, so your service continues without interruption. You are responsible for reviewing content for factual accuracy about your own business (services, prices, claims) before approval.

4. Fees and billing

The service is a recurring subscription at the price and billing frequency stated on the order page at the time of purchase, billed in advance and recurring until cancelled. Promotional discounts (such as a first-month coupon) apply once per customer, to the billing period stated, and revert to the standard price afterwards. Prices exclude any applicable taxes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice, effective from your next billing period.

5. Cancellation and refunds — Content Fit Guarantee

You can cancel anytime with a simple email to info@99creative.co; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and there are no contracts or minimum terms. Our Content Fit Guarantee: you see your posts before anything goes live; if you want changes we revise free of charge; if after revisions the samples still don't feel right for your practice, you may request a full refund of that first payment. Beyond the guarantee, fees for billing periods already started are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

On payment, you receive a worldwide, perpetual licence to use the content we create for you in connection with your business, including on your social channels and marketing. We retain the right to display work we've created in our own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Our systems, processes, templates, and tooling remain ours.

7. Social platforms

Publishing depends on the third-party platforms we publish to (currently Meta's Facebook and Instagram) and their APIs. We are not affiliated with these platforms. We are not responsible for platform outages, API changes, policy enforcement, or the standing of your accounts, though we'll work with you in good faith to resolve disruptions. You are responsible for complying with the platforms' own terms.

8. No guarantee of results

We provide content and publishing services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — including followers, engagement, enquiries, patients, or revenue — from the use of our content. Any figures on our website are illustrative. Nothing we produce constitutes legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice, and you are solely responsible for how you use the content we provide, including compliance with advertising and professional rules that apply to your industry and location.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, and not to request content that violates platform policies. We may decline requests that would do so.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of business; and our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

11. Termination by us

We may suspend or end the service for non-payment, breach of these terms, or where continuing would breach law or platform rules, refunding any unused whole billing period where the termination isn't caused by your breach.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise). If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified with reasonable notice and apply from your next billing period.
